How Often Olight Flashlights Go On Sale and Which Sales Take the Most Off
If you're waiting for an Olight sale, you probably won't be waiting long. Olight runs promotions throughout the year, and 2026 has been no exception, with Memorial Day, Father's Day, Summer Bash, the 10th Anniversary community sale and flash sales all bringing new discounts.
The better question is whether it's worth waiting for a particular one.
Usually, no.
- 40% is the most we've seen come off a flashlight in a sale anyone can shop.
- The biggest headline doesn't always bring the best price on the light you want.
- New models get the smallest discounts. Older ones get the deepest.
- The exact version matters. Different colors, materials and editions can get different offers.
- Add a second light and the rate usually goes up.
- Compare the final price, not just the percentage off. Olight changes regular prices too.
There's almost always an Olight sale on
How often the sales come
Olight has already run several major promotions in 2026, and there's rarely more than a few weeks between them.
None of that is new. Olight had a sale every month of 2023, and 2025 and 2026 have been nearly as busy. Only 2024 was quieter.
The year usually goes like this. An anniversary sale in April. Memorial Day, then Father's Day. A summer event, O-Fan Day in September, Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas.
Flash sales fill in the rest.
How big the discounts get
The most we've seen come off a flashlight anyone can buy is 40%. In the July 2026 100-Hour Flash Sale, the Marauder Mini fell from $199.99 to $119.99, and the Warrior Ultra and Prowess from $139.99 to $83.99. The Odin IR and several Arkfeld Ultra special editions were also 40% off. In that same sale, the Baton 4 Pro stayed at its full $69.99.
Two people shopping the same Olight sale can be looking at completely different deals.
Black Friday isn't where the biggest discounts are
Olight has advertised Black Friday at up to 50% off every year from 2021 through 2025. In its 2023 Black Friday post, the flashlights it listed were 20% to 30% off. The 50% went to a bike light and a torch lighter.
A bigger event gets a bigger headline. It doesn't always get you a better price.
What to expect from each Olight sale
The same events come round every year, and each one behaves in its own way.
| Event | When it runs | What we have seen it do |
|---|---|---|
| Flash sales | Every few weeks, 2 to 5 days | The only events where single flashlights reached 40% off |
| Black Friday | Mid November into December, up to 18 days | Advertised at up to 50%. Mainstream lights came in at 20% to 30% |
| Anniversary sale | April, about 4 days | Member discounts on new arrivals, and one titanium model at 50% for Silver members |
| Christmas | Mid December, 4 to 5 days | Advertised at up to 45%, later 40%. The lights named in it ran 20% to 40% off, with gifts on top |
| Holiday events | Memorial Day, Father's Day, Summer Bash, Halloween, O-Fan Day | Usually 20% on current models, with bundle rates on top |
Black Friday is the longest event by a distance, and the one with the most gifts attached. If you want the biggest discount on a single light, the short flash sales have been the place to get it.
A light that has been out a year gets the better deals
Every 40% discount we could date went to a light that had been on sale for at least a year.
The Warrior Ultra, Marauder Mini and Prowess were all advertised at up to 20% off during Olight's Facebook Group anniversary event in August 2025. By July 2026, all three had reached 40%. The same pattern shows up at Black Friday 2023, where the older PL-Pro was 40% off while the handhelds launched that season sat at 30%.
Our guess is that Olight protects its newest models and lets the older ones go cheap.
New releases
New releases behave differently. Recent launches have generally come in at 20% off or less, occasionally a little more, and membership level increasingly decides how much of that you actually get. At Summer Bash 2026, the ArkPro was 20% off and the ArkPro Ultra 15%, while the Onyx Black version wasn't discounted at all. The U.S. Flag ArkPro ran at 10%, 15% or 20% depending on membership tier.
That doesn't guarantee an older light will hit 40%, or that a new one won't surprise you. It just tells you what to make of the number you're looking at. Twenty percent off a light that came out this year is about as good as that light gets. Twenty percent off one that has already been down to 40% isn't much of an offer.
Same flashlight, different color, different discount
Two versions of the same flashlight often carry two different prices in the same sale.
The color can change the discount. In June 2023 the Gunmetal Warrior X 3 was 30% off while the black one, the same flashlight, was 20%.
Special editions aren't automatically the worse buy, either. The Titanium Stonewashed Arkfeld Pro went to 50% off for Silver members and above during the April 2025 anniversary sale, one per customer, and several Arkfeld Ultra special editions were 40% off in July 2026.
So when you're working out whether today's price is any good, compare the same version.
The best price you have seen on the standard black model says very little about what a titanium, brass or limited edition usually sells for.
If you're buying two, the bundle beats the sale
If you're buying more than one Olight, stop looking at the discount on the single product.
Olight has leaned on DIY bundles that raise the discount when you add another eligible item. The formula changes from sale to sale, but the second item is always worth more than the first: Summer Bash 2025 ran 15% on one eligible item and 20% on two or more, and Memorial Day 2026 moved that up to 20% and 30%.
The gap used to be wider. In a December 2023 DIY sale, the Baton 3 Pro was $48.99 on its own and $41.99 at the two-item rate.
Don't compare a bundle price to a single light, though. Nothing looks like a good deal after that.
If there are already two Olight products on your list, though, the DIY offer can matter more than waiting for the next named sale.
A bigger discount can still be the worse deal
Olight drops its regular prices as a light gets older, so the same discount isn't worth what it used to be.
The Baton 4 launched at $64.99 and was down to $54.99 by 2026. The Baton 4 Premium went from $99.99 to $94.99, and the Arkfeld Pro from $99.99 to $89.99.
Thirty percent off the Baton 4 in 2023 and thirty percent off it today are two different prices. What matters is the number at checkout, so here is the lowest Olight has printed in its 2026 sales.
| Light | Regular price | Lowest 2026 price | Sale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marauder Mini | $199.99 | $119.99 | July flash sale |
| Odin IR | $169.95 | $101.97 | July flash sale |
| Warrior Ultra | $139.99 | $83.99 | July flash sale |
| Prowess | $139.99 | $83.99 | July flash sale |
| Arkfeld Ultra special editions | $119.99 | $71.99 | July flash sale |
| Baton 4 Premium, engraved edition | $94.99 | $75.99 | Father's Day |
| Oclip Pro | $39.99 | $31.99 | Father's Day |
| Baton 4 Pro | $69.99 | $69.99 | Not discounted in the July sale |
If the price in front of you beats the one in that column, you're doing well. If it doesn't, the sale isn't doing much for you.
One place not to look is Olight's outlet page. It sells at regular prices, so despite the name there is nothing off. Its refurbished page is the one that runs up to 40% below list, sale or no sale.
A $30 accessory isn't $30 off
Olight often adds free or heavily discounted products to an order.
That can make a promotion worth taking, but only if you want the extra item. A $100 flashlight with a $30 accessory thrown in is not the same deal as the flashlight itself dropping to $70.
The way Olight uses gifts has shifted, too. Spend-threshold gifts were common through 2025, and the 2026 sales leaned more on gifts tied to the order or to one model.
The July 2026 flash sale shows both at once. Every order came with a free Ostation B pro and a pack of batteries, and the Odin IR came with a free i3T EOS on top of its 40% off, while the Baton 4 Pro stayed at full price with nothing but that order gift.
A discount and a free gift aren't the same thing.
If you wanted the gift anyway, count it when you compare offers. If you didn't, its retail price isn't money you saved on the flashlight.
Your 10% coupon won't work on a sale price
Olight's newsletter and new-customer 10% coupons exclude sale items and the X9R, so they're for buying between sales rather than for knocking more off an already reduced flashlight.
O-coins work differently.
Olight's loyalty program values 200 O-coins at $1 and lets them cover up to 5% of an order. It also said during its May 2026 Memorial Day promotion that accumulated O-coins could be applied to sale items.
If you're already a member, that can put the checkout price a little under the advertised sale price even when a coupon won't stack.
Black Friday and O-Fan Day have both doubled the points and coins earned on every order. That's the one thing a long event gives you that a flash sale doesn't, and it lands on your next purchase rather than this one.
What a good Olight price looks like
If the light you want is at full price and you're not in a hurry, wait. There's usually another sale within a few weeks.
Fair on a light released this year. Weak on an older one that has been down to 40% before.
You're in the range where plenty of Olight's mainstream flashlights have actually sold.
On a single light, that's the most we've seen Olight take off anywhere in its published prices. A future sale could always go further, but there's not much in the history to justify holding out just because a bigger holiday is coming.
Before you check out
A few things can still change the answer. Check the exact version you're buying, whether adding a second item improves the rate, what the light has sold for before, and whether the free gift is something you'd actually use.
The name on the sale doesn't tell you much. What the light costs, and what it has cost before, does.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do refurbished Olights get cheaper in a sale?
Barely. Olight's refurbished page advertises up to 40% off between sales, and the best sale treatment we found was a flat 30% refurbished page during Memorial Day 2026. Refurbished units carry the same lifetime warranty as new ones, with two years on the battery, so a sale barely moves them.
Do members get in before everyone else?
Yes, from Silver upward. Early access has run from twelve hours to three days ahead of the public, with Diamond members first and Silver next. During Summer Bash 2026 the sale prices weren't shown at all to visitors who weren't logged in, so an account is worth having before a big event opens.
Is a first order cheaper than waiting for a sale?
It can be. Olight keeps a new-customer page with exclusive models at up to 50% off, plus a free i3E EOS with the first order and $25 in coupons afterwards. The 10% new-user code excludes sale items and the X9R, so it's for a full-price order rather than a discounted one.
