Step 3: In the lower right corner, above the blue "Checkout" button, is a box that says "Discount Code". Enter your Manning promo code inside this box and click on the "Apply" button.

Step 4: Your subtotal is listed above the discount box. After you have hit apply, check that your order total has updated to the discounted amount. This means your Manning coupon code has properly applied and you are ready to checkout.

You can also secure a Manning discount code when you sign up for their newsletter. This opportunity is offered when you first load their website. There will be a pop-up window where you can enter your email address, which signs you up for their newsletter, and gives you a Manning promo code of varying amounts to use on your next purchase. The newsletter is also a good way to stay up to date on future promotions in their store.

What is their refund policy?

The refund policy is different for the various products they sell. For example, pBooks are refundable, but eBooks are not. MEAP subscriptions can be cancelled for a refund or exchange before the final chapter is released.

A pBook is their term for a paper book, softbound or hardcover.
