Using a Quordle Puzzles Coupon Code
To use a Quordle Puzzles coupon code, go to checkout and look for the Gift Card / Coupon Code field in your order summary. On mobile, expand Order summary to find it. You won’t see a code box in the shopping bag or on the cart page, and you can apply a code without creating an account.
One thing to watch is Quordle’s automatic discount for buying multiple puzzles. You can’t combine it with a coupon code. When we entered a code on a cart containing three puzzles, the existing multi-item discount was removed and replaced by the coupon, which gave us a bigger saving. We also tested the code on a single inexpensive puzzle, and it worked without a minimum purchase. Only one code can be used per order.

Multi-Item Discounts and Free Shipping
Quordle automatically discounts orders containing three or more items. You don’t have to buy only jigsaw puzzles to qualify. We added clocks, coloring kits, suncatchers and mounting sets to our test carts, and they all counted toward the offer.
The cart shows the savings under a single Discount line, while checkout breaks down the amount saved on each item. Since entering a coupon replaces the automatic discount, it’s worth comparing the final totals before deciding which gives you more off.
Because the free-shipping threshold uses your discounted total, an order just over $69 could fall below the minimum once the multi-item discount is applied. Quordle’s shopping bag has a free-shipping progress bar that lets you check whether your order still qualifies.

Mystery Box Puzzles and Packaging Costs
Quordle sells a Mystery Box that lets you choose the puzzle size, but the design is a surprise. When we checked, prices were $5.97 for small, $14.99 for medium and $19.99 for large.
Mystery Boxes count toward the multi-item discount, so they can help you reach the three- or five-item threshold. However, they’re not always the cheapest option. We found small puzzles with specific designs priced at $3.97, compared with $5.97 for a small Mystery Box.
Packaging affects the price, too. Many designs come in either a standard carton or a wooden gift box with a locking lid. The wooden box added $5–$6.10 on the puzzles we checked and $10 on the personalized Puzzle & Message design. If you don’t need the gift box, choosing the carton saves you that extra cost.
Clearance and Overstock Puzzles
For the lowest prices, check Quordle’s Final Clearance and Overstock Sale collections. We found puzzles starting at $3.97, with Overstock designs advertised at up to 80% off.
Clearance and Overstock puzzles also qualify for the automatic multi-item discount, so you can mix them with regular-priced designs to reach the three-, five- or nine-item thresholds.
Referral Discounts, Email Perks and Wholesale Orders
Refer a friend
Your friends receive 20% off their first order, and you get a 15% off coupon for each successful referral. Each email address can send up to 10 referrals.
Email subscribers
Quordle advertises secret sales, birthday surprises and subscriber-only designs as newsletter benefits. There’s no specific signup discount listed on the form.
Wholesale orders
If you’re ordering 20 or more items, including a mix of different products, you can request wholesale pricing through Quordle’s wholesale form. The store says a sales representative will respond within 24 hours.

If you’re buying a puzzle as a gift, allow enough time for delivery. Quordle takes 1–3 days to process orders, followed by an estimated 7–14 business days for US shipping. Delivery can take a few extra days around holidays, so ordering close to the occasion could be risky.

Order changes
You have two hours after placing an order to request a cancellation or make changes.
Damaged puzzles or missing pieces
Send Quordle your order number and a photo showing the problem. The store offers a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Returns
Contact Quordle within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Orders with multiple items
Quordle may ship items separately from different warehouses, so everything in your order might not arrive in the same package.
Frequently Asked Questions About Quordle Puzzles
Why can’t I find the coupon box when I pay with PayPal?
The PayPal and Pay Later buttons on Quordle’s product pages take you directly to PayPal, skipping the checkout page where the Gift Card / Coupon Code field appears. To use a code, add your puzzle to the bag and go through the regular checkout instead. The checkout page has its own PayPal and Pay Later buttons, so you can still pay with PayPal after applying your code.
What does “The discount code is expired or inactive now” mean?
It means the code is no longer valid, so your order total won’t change. If you see “You can’t apply more discount codes to the order”, there’s already a code applied. You’ll need to remove it before entering another one, since Quordle allows only one code per order.
Can I use a coupon code on a Mystery Box puzzle?
Yes. We tested a code on a large Mystery Box, and the discount applied successfully. You can only use one code per order, and if your cart qualifies for Quordle’s automatic multi-item discount, the coupon will replace it rather than stack with it.
Where do I enter a friend’s referral code?
Enter the 20% referral code in the Gift Card / Coupon Code field at checkout, just like any other coupon. It can’t be combined with another code on the same order.
