About Shipping and Returns

There is a processing time of between 24 and 72 hours on all items regardless of which shipping method has been selected. Orders placed after 2PM (PST) on Thursdays will not leave the warehouse before Monday. VaporDNA offers free shipping on orders over $49.

Customers can return items within 45 days of purchase as long as those items are unopened and unused. A restocking fee of 15 percent will be charged if the product is not in brand new condition. E-liquids and e-liquid products may not be returned.
